Rent a bike with DolceVia. The departure is from
the Parvis of Notre-Dame, in the heart of Paris. You will start your adventure by following Boulevard Sébastopol, one of the most frequented cycling routes in the capital. You will find a bidirectional bike lane there, so be sure to stay to the right to facilitate overtaking.
📍 Next, head towards
Place de la République, turning right onto Rue de Turbigo. You will reach the
Canal Saint-Martin, a very popular spot for cyclists. Ride along the canal for nearly 2 kilometers, enjoying the small locks and picturesque footbridges. Upon reaching
Place Stalingrad, you will find a new body of water, the
Bassin de la Villette.
📍 Continue along the
Quai de la Seine for about 1.5 km. The bike lane will guide you to the
Canal Saint-Denis, a site dedicated to urban art, known as Street Art Avenue.
