🚴♂️ Day 2: Heading to Rambouillet by bike! After a great first stage, we’re doing it again with a 50 km bike ride between Versailles and Rambouillet, through forests, charming villages, and historic castles. 🌳 We leave Versailles gently, enjoying the castle and its gardens one last time before heading onto bike paths and quiet roads. 🚵♂️ A little challenge along the way! At the border between Magny-les-Hameaux and Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, the climb up Chemin de la Butte aux Buis remains tough despite its renovation. Nothing stops you from getting off your bike! 🏡 Cultural break in Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse at the Raymond Devos house-museum, where humor and history blend in the artist's former home. 🏰 Chevreuse and its treasures: take the time to explore the little bridges walk or climb up to the Château de la Madeleine for a breathtaking view of the valley. 🌲 Heading to the Rambouillet forest: after Choisel and Cernay-la-Ville, you take a bike path before riding on a forest road closed to cars.
