Day 2: Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry to Nemours, a natural escape (64km)



🚲 Enjoy 64 km of pure change of scenery by bike, from Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry to Nemours, through the splendid landscapes of the Essonne valley and the Fontainebleau forest.

🌳 Along the way, you'll discover natural and cultural gems such as the majestic Fontainebleau forest, ideal for a hiking break or picnic.

🌸 Halfway there, don't miss a visit to the Château de Courances, surrounded by breathtaking gardens.

Day 3: From Nemours to Rogny-les-Sept-Écluses, halfway between Paris and Orléans (69km)



🚲 Embark on a superb 69 km cycling adventure between Nemours and Rogny-les-Sept-Écluses, a route combining unspoilt nature and historical heritage.

🏰 As soon as you leave Nemours, explore the Château-Musée before crossing the bucolic landscapes of the Loing valley.

🌉 On the way, discover the charming town of Montargis, nicknamed the “Venice of the Gâtinais”, with its picturesque canals and bridges.

⚔️ Once in Rogny, admire the impressive historic site of the Seven Locks, a 17th-century masterpiece of engineering.

Day 4: From Rogny-les-Sept-Écluses to Saint-Aignan-le-Jaillard, between Canal and Châteaux (59km)



🚲 Take off on a 58 km bike ride from Rogny-les-Sept-Écluses to Saint-Aignan-le-Jaillard, a route that will let you discover the beauty of the Loire landscape.

💧 After admiring the famous Rogny locks, follow the Briare canal, lined with pretty villages.

🏰 Along the way, make a detour to the Château de Saint-Brisson-sur-Loire to immerse yourself in medieval history.

🥇 Enjoy a break on the banks of the Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage site, before arriving in Saint-Aignan-le-Jaillard, a village in the heart of the fertile Sologne plains. You're almost at the end of the Paris - Orléans route.

Day 5: From Saint-Aignan-le-Jaillard to Orléans, the last leg of the Paris - Orléans route (59km)



🚲 Immerse yourself in the Loire Valley with this 59 km bike ride between Saint-Aignan-le-Jaillard and Orléans.
